CASE I: (Only me working on the project)
I would work around 20 hours a week.
It would take me around 28 weeks to complete the project (twice the time the it would take Chris, George, Vince and me working on the project).
So the total money that I would be paid would be = 20 * 28 * 7.25 = $4060
TOTAL COST (including the overhead) = $4060 * 1.5 = $6090
CASE II: (Chris, George, Vince and me working on the project)
Everybody would work around 7 hours a week (following the current pattern). So a collaborative total of 28 hours per week.
It would take us around 14 weeks to complete the project (following the current pattern).
So the total money that we would be paid would be = 28 * 14 * 7.25 = $2842
TOTAL COST (including the overhead) = $2842 * 1.5 = $4263
CASE III: (Chris, George, Vince, Peter, Petko, Rohit and me working on the project)
(choice based on the fact that I have worked with these guys on some project or the other and they are all very collaborative people and have a sound programming background)
Everybody would work around 7 hours a week (following the current pattern). So a collaborative total of 49 hours per week.
It would take us around 7 weeks to complete the project (estimation).
So the total money that we would be paid would be = 49 * 7 * 7.25 = $2486.75
TOTAL COST (including the overhead) = $2486.75 * 1.5 = $3730.12
