Specifications that I followed with the two surface-computation algorithms
- Probe radius = 1.4
- Calculated SES with the two algorithms.
- Used the standard radii for the atoms.
- Utilize the linux /usr/bin/time subroutine for timing purposes and used the 'user time'.
- Calculate area for all atoms except water (HOH).
